Photos and virtual tours help you rule things out. But the light on a terrace, the walk to the beach or the feel of a street can only be sensed in person.

That's why we organise your Discovery Trip: a 3 to 4-day trip to the coast, planned with you before you leave. We shortlist the developments that match what you're looking for, build the itinerary by area and go with you to every viewing. Once you're back, we keep refining the selection based on what you liked and what you didn't.

Our advisors act solely in your interest and with no pressure: you decide when you're ready. And whatever happens, we're here for good, fully in your language.

What people ask us before coming

01How many days does the trip last?
Usually 3 or 4 days, with at least 2 working days. If you'd like to see several coasts or take things more slowly, we extend the itinerary.
02Do I have to book the flights and hotel myself?
No need to worry: we help you find the best flight and accommodation options for the areas you'll visit, and we pick you up on arrival.
03Do I have to buy during the trip?
No. The Discovery Trip is for getting to know the areas and developments calmly. Our advisors act solely in your interest and with no pressure: you decide when you're ready.
04Can I come with my family?
Of course. Tell us who's travelling and we'll adapt the itinerary: schools, health centres, leisure areas or whatever matters to you.
05What if I can't travel right now?
We start with a video call and virtual viewings with your advisor. That way you arrive with your selection already refined, or you can even reserve remotely if you're sure.
06Can I reserve a home during the trip?
Yes. If you find the one, we explain the steps, costs and payment plan, and the independent law firm reviews the contract before you sign. You can also reserve it later, from your home country.
07Do you charge me any fees?
No. As with any purchase through Homiia, you buy at the developer's price with €0 in fees for you.
