We start by listening
Every client is unique. We begin with an introductory meeting, at our office or by video call, to understand your needs and wishes: a second home, a permanent residence or an investment. From day one you get honest advice in your language.
With or without financing
If you need a mortgage, we can help: we have excellent contacts with several banks in Spain and review your situation with no obligation before you travel.
Your viewing trip
We shortlist the developments that suit you and plan a 2–3 day itinerary. We pick you up at the airport and can help with flights and hotel.
The ideal home
You view the developments with an experienced advisor who acts only in your interest, with no pressure: you decide when you're ready to take the step.
Legal advice in your language
We work with an independent law firm that reviews contracts, permits and documents and handles your NIE. All communication in your language.
Construction follow-up and handover
If your home is under construction, we follow it closely with the developer: we know exactly what to keep an eye on. We update you on every step until the keys are handed over, and we stay by your side afterwards.
